Here's BELIT, Queen of the Black Coast, subject of this week's Twarts.
Many thanks to Dan Panosian for bringing the ladies back into the game ;)

Keeping it simple in B/W this week (kinda short on time) and, as promised, no cover treatment! ;)

Hope you guys enjoy it nevertheless :)

Cheers,
Francesco

I just finished this story in one of the old Ace paperbacks last night, your take on her is amazing!

Francesco, this piece is just lovely! The composition is perfect, and your illustration is impeccable, as usual. There is such a cinematic quality to your work... it really stands out.

Awesome. I love the powerful drama of this image.

Howard described her as being pretty much naked so you're the one that best captures that out of all of us, that's for sure.

Thank you so much, everyone, I am really happy - and a little surprised - by the great response :)
Surprised because I spent half time on this than on the other twarts. I guess I can do that more often now ;) (which will probably be a need since I am kicking in on a new 6 issue mini and time will be a bit tight).

@Oran: the "cinematic" adjective come up often, and probably becuase I love movies and love storyboarding :)
@Ron: as I just said in my post on your take, I didn't know about the "nudity" detail about this character: I got lucky I guess ;)

Cheers,
Francesco
