This is a fantastic idea, Mike, and as far as I'm concerned this is my favorite from the whole week. Not only a brilliant idea, but great execution too. The portrait of Snowy in the back is a nice touch.

Ah, man, that's so awesome. Great idea. Love the nice clean open lines. I'd love to color this!

Thanks everyone! seriously, you're all awesome and kind. Thank you.

Ron, after researching Tintin I sorta became taken with the idea of this world weary reporter, who maybe doesn't even have a real name and COULD be working for the government. I'd actually LOVE to write the thing and draw it up :)

Nathan, ifn' you want I'll send you the lineart...?

GORGEOUS!
Everything is gold in here, Mike, from the ole Tintin pose/expression to the little details, everything tells a story: the old typewriter, the suitcase with all the stickers from around the world (so many trips, so many adventures), the photo of Snowy on the wall (long time gone) but also the Snowy's bed on the floor, kept there as melancholic memory...

Your best twart to date, amico mio :)

Cheers,
Francesco

Thank you, Francesco. I'm really happy you picked up on all the back story details. I was worried it'd be lost on everyone :)

Thanks again!
Mike

PS - Sorry I forgot the Italy sticker on his suitcase ;)
